Catholic Student Fellowship Group
May 12th, 2008 by Office Manager
We are a fun and relaxed group for students who desire to form a faith community that exudes the peace and joy that only Christ can bring in the midst of our turbulent lives. Activities include praise and worship music, Bible study with faith sharing, small group discussions and more. Meetings are on Saturdays at 5:00pm in the downstairs lounge of the Newman Center. If interested, please contact Jose A. Baiocchi Paredes.

My daughter is a recent college grad and is looking for a young Catholic singles group. A friend told us about the Oratory, which is how I found this posting. Is your group for undergrads or are graduate students also involved? Do you meet over the summer? Do you know of any other Catholic singles groups in the area?
We have both grad and undergrad groups available, mostly during the regular school terms. I’m not aware of other young Catholic groups in Oakland, though they may in fact exist. If you’d like to be added to email postings, you can email our office manager at campusministry@pittsburghoratory.org. Our bulletin at right is usually kept up-to-date over the summer, if you’re just looking for occasional updates. Peace!

The regional community is a source of Catholic fellowship in which you can enjoy, nurture, & deepen your faith. There, you can look to find others in order to walk life’s journey in good company. They meet off-line for various activities to celebrate the Catholic faith, socialize, & enjoy life.
