Catholic Action
Aug 18th, 2006 by Fr. Joshua
What does Christian faith mean for my life?
How does living in love with God affect the world?
Want more food for the heart than one Sunday homily can give? Catholic Action is for you!
Like the early Christians, who made the catacombs their place of devotion and solidarity in the faith, many Catholic undergrads also wish to ponder anew the meaning of the Catholic faith – in all its height, depth, and breadth – for persons in the modern world. And we provide it all served up with regular food, fun, and fellowship too!
Questions abound these days about the relevance of Catholic or even Christian faith in our “brave new world”. But, as Cardinal Newman is known to have said, “A thousand questions do not equal one doubt,” so bring them along, and see how Christ Himself is the answer.
Sundays after the 6:00pm Cathedral Mass in the “underground” of St. Paul’s Cathedral. Undergraduate students welcome.
